Loan despite debt and Credit Bureau
It is a sad rule in the credit market: people who are in financial difficulties particularly often need a loan. For example, many people are looking for a loan despite debt and Credit Bureau, but if you ask your bank for a loan, you will often have to leave the branch with your shoulders hanging. A corresponding loan is usually not available here. You don’t have to throw the whole gun in the grain if you need a loan. There are ways you can get the money you need.
Credit despite debt and Credit Bureau from a foreign bank
The easiest way to get the loan despite debt and Credit Bureau is through a foreign bank. These money houses do not work with the Credit Bureau (Association for General Loan Protection). Your problems there are not relevant. Foreign banks will only be interested in your debts if they reduce your disposable income so much that you will have problems paying the new loan installments. You must prove that this is not the case. However, loans from foreign banks often cost more than loans from German money houses. You have to accept this fact.
Alternatively, you can also contact private individuals. There are now a number of reputable platforms on the Internet that give you contact with private lenders. Even those are not interested in your Credit Bureau entry and only bother with your existing debts if they affect your credit repayment ability. However, private individuals can negotiate the loan terms completely freely. It can therefore happen that you come across very bad offers here.
Credit despite debt and Credit Bureau from a German bank
You can also get a loan from a German money house despite debt and Credit Bureau – but only under certain circumstances or if you meet certain requirements. For example, debt restructuring is a classic scenario in which the bank gives you the green light. You swap a more expensive loan for a cheaper one and in this way you actually reduce your debt. At least the bank with the more expensive loan should get involved. Eventually, this will also make you worry about whether you are really able to pay the existing loan due to your financial problems.
If it is not a debt rescheduling, you need a guarantor or a second borrower for the loan to get the loan. The additional person should not have any credit rating problems, nor should they have any problems with Credit Bureau.
Credit despite debt and Credit Bureau from a credit broker
If, despite your debts and Credit Bureau, you don’t find what you’re looking for in a loan abroad, with a private individual or with a German bank, you still have the option of a credit broker. These people or companies specialize in lending in difficult cases.
However, there are two downsides: The pure interest on loans is very high. In addition, the loan broker also wants to be paid for his services, which further drives up the cost of credit. It may be the easiest way to get your loan here, but it may also be the most expensive.
